After leave granted by this Court, a criminal Information was filed , 19 , by the County Attorney for County, as Attorney for the State of Montana, charging the Defendant with the following felony, to-wit: as amended, committed on or about , 19 .

The Defendant was arraigned on , 19 , and advised of the mature of the charges against him, of themaximum sentence after a plea or verdict of , of his right to a jury trial, and of his right to counsel, either retained by the Defendant or appointed by the Court if the Defendant was indigent.

The Defendant was thereafter represented by as counsel, and on , 19 , entered a plea of to the above criminal charge.

The Defendant appeared in open Court , 19 , and was asked if he had any legal cause to show why sentence and judgment by the Court should not be imposed at that time, judgment and order deferring imposition of sentence was entered deferring the Defendant's sentencing for a period of years.
