On the day of , 19 , Sheriff filed with this Court a Return on Search Warrant and brought before this Court certain items of personal property described therein. This property was seized as prescribed by law, and as authorized by the warrant.

It appears to this Court that an Order for the custody, preservation and safekeeping of the property should be issued until the described property is needed as evidence.
