Fuqua has new DUI charge
An East Helena man facing two felony counts of vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol was jailed over the weekend on another drunken driving charge.
Travis E. Fuqua, 32, was arrested on DUI charges late Saturday night in Boulder after he crashed his girlfriend's car into a ditch, according to Jefferson County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Bob Gleich. Fuqua was charged Monday in Boulder city court.
